Chessboy Advance

This was an experiment for myself as one of my first projects creating a game. Recreating a relatively simple game with very well established rules and a small scope seemed like a perfect place to start with coding for the GBA. The game is lacking key features like identifying checks, validating certain moves, and resetting, but a lot of key functionalities are included like valid piece movements, turn-taking, and piece capturing. This game is far from perfect and was intended as a demo for myself to build up game-developing skills.
